Twin Falls Subaru is hiring two full-time parts counter associates to help keep our service shop moving. You’ll assist walk-in and phone customers, look up parts, and pull items for technicians in a fast-paced environment.

If you’re organized, good with people, and comfortable on a computer, we’ll train you and help you grow into advanced parts roles in our store.

Based in Twin Falls, Idaho, this in-person role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and strong customer service with fair pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience at a parts counter is welcomed; we will train the rest.
• Must be organized, quick on a computer, and good with people.
• Willing to learn Subaru catalogs and parts systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers in finding the right parts.
• Look up parts in the Subaru catalog and system, ensuring correct numbers.
• Pull and stage parts for technicians to keep jobs moving.
• Place special orders, track them, and communicate with customers.
• Receive stock, verify against orders, and file where it belongs.
• Keep shelves and back counter organized to save time.
• Handle returns, cores, and credits with care to avoid loss.
• Support inventory counts and suggest stocking improvements.
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians throughout the day.
