Twin Falls Subaru is hiring two people to join our parts team in Twin Falls, Idaho. The role is a counter position focused on helping technicians and customers quickly find and process parts.

Experience is welcome, but we’ll train the right person who is organized, computer-savvy, and people-friendly. Expect a dynamic workday with plenty of activity and a clear path to growth within the store.

Qualifikationen

• Experience at a parts counter is a plus; training will be provided.
• Must be detail oriented and reliable with parts and numbers.
• Ability to lift and move parts up to about 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Assist walk-in and phone customers in finding the right part.
• Look up parts in the Subaru catalog and internal systems; ensure accuracy.
• Pull and stage parts for technicians to keep jobs moving.
• Place special orders, track them, and follow the process.
• Receive stock, verify against orders, and organize shelves.
• Keep the parts area clean and organized; manage returns and credits.
• Support inventory counts and flag stocking needs.
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians throughout the day.
