Qualifications

• Attention to detail to avoid wrong parts and delays.
• Ability to stay level when several customers need help at once.
• Willingness to learn catalogs and our DMS system.

Responsibilities

• Help walk-in and phone customers find the right part.
• Look up parts in the Subaru catalog and our system and get numbers right.
• Pull and stage parts for technicians to keep jobs moving.
• Place special orders, track them, and communicate status to customers.
• Receive stock and organize shelves and back counter.
• Handle returns, cores, and credits properly.
• Assist with inventory counts and identify stocking needs.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians all day.
