Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service using the GURA method in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, 18+ years old, and reading/writing/counting proficiency. We value reliability, adaptability, and teamwork to maintain store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment per safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
