Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service through GURA and maintaining signage and PDQs.

The role requires retail or merchandising experience, 18+ years of age, and the ability to read, write, and count. Shifts vary and may exceed 4 hours per day, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Attend and be flexible with shifts as required by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (circles, price cuts, managers' specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale.
