Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes. You will also assist with merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance, while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Ideal candidates have prior retail/merchandising experience and high school diploma (preferred) and must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
