Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team in-store, owning end-to-end tasks from planograms to price changes and signage maintenance. You will also assist with merchandise and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Ideal candidates bring retail/merchandising experience, basic computer skills, and strong communication. Shifts vary by store and may exceed 4–10 hours; part-time role with safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and planning tasks.
• Ability to read, write and count to complete documentation.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and store resets with accuracy and timeliness.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers proactively.
• Communicate progress and issues to District FAST Supervisor.
