Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in store, owning and executing variable tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes. You will merchandise, assemble fixtures, maintain signage, and deliver legendary customer service while interacting with customers and team members throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have prior retail/merchandising experience, are 18+, and can read, write and count accurately.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
