Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join one store and own planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will deliver legendary customer service while maintaining signage and merchandising standards throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, read/write/count well, and are 18+. This role requires flexible hours, physical activity, and teamwork to support store operations and customers across daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be assigned other duties as needed.
