Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store, to own and execute planograms, signage, price changes and related merchandising tasks.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service while maintaining visual standards, completing store layouts, and supporting safety guidelines according to company policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
