Job summary

Fazoli's is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of a Fazoli's restaurant, driving people development, sales growth and profitability. Primary duties include recruiting and onboarding staff, building bench strength and implementing company standards.

The role requires 18+ with a valid license, prior GM experience for external candidates, and flexibility to work all restaurant hours. Candidates must uphold safety policies and be prepared for background checks and potential transfers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• External candidates: minimum 3 years General Manager experience; fast-casual/quick service preferred but not required.
• Internal candidates: 1+ year as Fazoli's Assistant General Manager with favourable recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to drive People, Sales and Profit goals.
• Attract, interview, hire, and onboard restaurant staff and build succession planning.
• Foster community relationships to grow in-house and off-premise sales.
• Implement safe, effective management practices to maximize profitability and ensure a secure work environment.
