Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Technical Design Coordinator in New York City. This role supports the Technical Design and Product Development teams by maintaining the Technical Design Manual, managing fit models, and supervising label initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating model schedules, handling invoicing, IT system training, and cross‑functional project management. You will contribute to a fast-paced environment with a 4‑day work week in the NYC office.

Qualifications

• Fashion degree or 2-3 years in fashion industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with PLM and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage fit model process and scheduling; coordinate with models and agencies.
• Maintain Technical Design Manual and liaise with IT and other teams.
• Oversee label initiatives, library, and vendor relations.
• Handle administrative duties including travel, invoicing, and IT system training.
