Job summary

GARAGE is seeking a Team Lead to support store success by promoting a positive shopping experience and building long-term customer relationships. You will help with day-to-day operations, uphold brand and visual standards, and manage inventory alongside shipments and replenishment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales, assist with eCommerce order fulfillment, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead in retail preferred.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer service excellence.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media, mobile devices, and computer skills are assets.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Help with day-to-day store operations while upholding brand and visual/merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment.
• Contribute to driving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Support overall store performance under the Store Manager guidance.
