Job summary

Garage Clothing is hiring for a Team Lead to drive store success by delivering a positive shopping experience and building lasting customer relationships. You will help optimize inventory, support merchandising standards, and assist with eCom fulfillment.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1 year of team lead experience (retail preferred), with 2 years retail experience as an asset. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Has passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service.
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset.
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience and build meaningful long-term relationships with customers.
• Contribute to optimizing inventory management and day-to-day store operations.
• Increase sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual/merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory through shipment processing, replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
