Job summary

Garage Clothing is seeking a Team Lead to drive store success by delivering a positive shopping experience and building lasting customer relationships. You will participate in daily operations, maintain brand standards, and support inventory through shipments and eCom fulfillment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of team leadership in retail, a passion for fashion, and strong communication skills. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of team lead experience, retail preferred.
• 2 years retail experience is a plus.
• Passion for fashion is essential.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Social media, mobile devices, and general computer skills are a plus.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer to build long-term relationships.
• Contribute to day-to-day store operations and brand presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory management and store replenishment.
• Support inventory through shipment processing and eCom order fulfillment.
• Play an integral role in the store's overall success.
