Concentrix is hiring a Fashion Support Consultant (Dutch speaking) to work remotely from Spain. You will handle customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, logging cases and delivering timely solutions within SLAs.

The role requires Dutch language proficiency and advanced English, plus familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and IT platforms. You will join a global team supporting leading fashion brands and receive fully paid training.

As a Fashion Support Consultant , you will:

• Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
• Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems
• Identify and escape complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution
