Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Strong customer focus and problem solving abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media savvy; mobile devices and computer skills are assets.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
