Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Store Team Lead to drive a positive shopping environment and build lasting relationships with customers. You will support daily store operations, optimize inventory, and help increase sales while upholding brand standards and visual presentation.

You’ll contribute to shipment processing, stock replenishment, and eCommerce fulfillment, playing a key role in store success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead in retail.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices and computer skills are assets.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive shopping experiences and build long-term customer relationships.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and support inventory management.
• Contribute to inventory optimization and sales growth while maintaining brand standards.
• Support inventory through shipment processing, shelf replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
