Job summary

GARAGE, part of Groupe Dynamite, is seeking a Team Lead to drive store success by delivering a positive shopping experience and building lasting customer relationships. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, merchandising standards, and inventory processes to support sales and profitability.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year leading a team in retail, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of team leadership experience in retail preferred.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and fashion retail.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high service standards.
• Social media familiarity and basic tech skills an asset.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience and build lasting customer relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and maintain brand visual/merchandising standards.
• Help manage inventory through shipment processing and replenishment.
• Support sales growth and customer satisfaction while ensuring efficient eCom order fulfillment.
