Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media skills, mobile devices and computer literacy are assets.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience and build relationships with customers.
• Contribute to day-to-day store operations and merchandising standards.
