Groupe Dynamite in Natick, MA is seeking a Team Lead to drive store performance by delivering an engaging shopping experience and building lasting customer relationships. You will contribute to daily operations, inventory control, and maintaining brand standards on the sales floor and in eCommerce fulfillment.

This role requires 1 year of team‑lead experience, 2 years of retail experience, a passion for fashion, and strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Has passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision‑making abilities
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Have the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience to build relationships with customers.
• Contribute to day-to-day store operations and inventory management.
• Support inventory through shipment processing and replenishment; assist eCom order fulfillment.
• Help maintain brand standards and visual merchandising directives in-store.
