Job summary

LOFT in San Jose, CA seeks a Stock Associate to support store operations from the stockroom to the sales floor. You will process shipments, stock and organize merchandise, and greet customers to set the tone for a positive shopping experience.

You will ensure inventory and pricing accuracy while maintaining high visual and operational standards, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while staying focused on the customer.
• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
