Job summary

LOFT in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Stock Associate to help store operations run smoothly. You oversee shipment processing and move products from stockroom to sales floor, keeping areas organized and stocked, and you greet customers to set the tone for excellent shopping experiences.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, customer service, and ownership of the process from product to supplies. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the hourly pay range posted.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
