Job summary

LOFT in San Jose, CA is seeking a Stock Associate to help our store run smoothly by processing shipments, moving merchandise from stockroom to sales floor, and keeping the store organized and fully stocked.

You will greet customers, support the team with daily operations, and uphold high visual and service standards while maintaining accuracy in inventory and pricing. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent experiences.
• Uphold visual and operational standards with focus on the customer.
• Prepare store and backroom: process shipments, stock floor, and organize merchandise.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor timely and accurately.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
