Job summary

LOFT in Reston, VA is hiring a Stock Associate to help the store run smoothly by processing shipments, moving inventory from stockroom to sales floor, and keeping areas organized. You’ll greet customers and contribute to a positive shopping experience with attention to detail.

This role supports inventory accuracy, pricing, and product stock levels while upholding visual and operational standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required so we can serve our customers when

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
