Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Visual Stock Associate in Miami to help run store operations. You will oversee shipments, move products from stockroom to sales floor, and ensure the floor and backroom remain organized and fully stocked.

You greet customers and contribute to a sense of exceptional shopping experiences through attention to detail and friendly service. This role requires a hospitality mindset, strong organization, and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent shopping experiences.
• Process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ensure inventory and price accuracy and keep product stock levels up to date.
• Support store leaders with additional duties as needed.
