• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and inventory counts.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team each shift, communicate openly, and help the department stay productive.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Follow up using the 2-2-2 Method and manage Nordy Club enrollment and personal book.
