• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every interaction.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, contribute to a positive team environment.
• Able to commit to a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Follow Up - Build lasting relationships to drive predictable business using the 2-2-2 Method and Nordy Club enrollment.
