• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking and merchandising.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive team environment.
• Commit to a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Follow Up using the 2-2-2 method and Nordy Club enrollment.
