Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to help customers feel good and look their best across Women’s Apparel. You will build lasting relationships, listen to customer needs, and provide styling suggestions while meeting sales goals.

Responding to fashion trends, you’ll expand your product knowledge, upsell where appropriate, and contribute to a collaborative team environment with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, contribute to a positive team environment.
• Able to commit to a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
