Job summary

H&M USA is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, guide customers through our store and actively sell products. You will use fashion knowledge to inform shoppers, promote the Hello Member loyalty program and support in-store sustainability initiatives.

This hourly, non-exempt role emphasizes teamwork, store upkeep, and delivering an excellent customer experience across all areas of the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and in-store experiences.

• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Sales experience in fashion, retail or service industries is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store journey.
• Promote and sell products; support loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets with the store team.
• Maintain garment care, stock levels and store presentation.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and store operations.
