Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service in-store, guiding shoppers through the fashion experience and actively selling products. You will use fashion knowledge to inform customers and support garment care, presentation, and cleanliness across the sales floor and back of house.

You will engage customers, discuss fashion trends, and promote the Hello Member program while collaborating with the store team to reach sales targets and maintain exceptional service

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service for fashion, retail or service industries.
• Strong communication and conversational skills with customers.
• Ability to promote products and explain fashion trends to shoppers.
