Job summary

H&M in Boston is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, guide shoppers through the store, and actively promote our products. You will draw on fashion knowledge to share information, assist with garment care, and help keep the sales floor and back‑of‑house tidy.

You will engage customers, aim to hit sales targets with the store team, participate in onboarding and training, and represent the H&M brand positively in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Has sales experience in a dynamic retail environment that can be applied to the role.
• Has experience in customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries.
• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and supporting them with direct service.
• Promote and sell our products to customers.
• Maintain garment care and refill, and keep the sales floor tidy.
