Job summary

H&M in Burlington, MA is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, welcome customers, and guide them through the store to actively sell our products. You’ll use fashion knowledge to inform customers and support garment refill, care, and presentation, contributing to a clean and organized sales floor.

You will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, promote the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives, and ensure a positive brand experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or customer-facing service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and drive sales through product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Promote and sell products, engage customers in conversations, and represent the H&M brand positively.
• Maintain garment presentation and stock, operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to store procedures.
• Support opening/closing, visual merchandising, and adherence to health & safety guidelines.
