Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor for the CoolSprings Galleria location in Franklin, TN. The part-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, guiding customers through the store, and actively selling our fashion products.

You will use fashion knowledge to share information and assist with garment care, presentation, and store upkeep. As part of the team, you will promote the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives, while supporting store management to reach sales
