Job summary

H&M in Franklin, TN is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, welcome guests, and guide them through the store while actively selling. Use fashion knowledge to share information and support the in-store OMNI experience where available.

You will work on garment care, stocking, and visual presentation, collaborate with the team, and help reach sales targets while following store procedures and safety guidelines.
