Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and actively guide shoppers through the store to promote products. You will use fashion knowledge to inform customers and support with garment care, display upkeep, and back-of-house tasks.

As part of the team, you will engage customers, promote the Hello Member loyalty app, and collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

• Represent the H&M brand positively in all interactions.
