Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, share fashion knowledge and guide shoppers through the store to drive sales. You will care for garments, maintain displays, and support a clean, organized sales floor and back of house.

Ideal candidates are passionate about fashion, customer service oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic retail environment. Prior sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sales or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers.
• Promote and sell products to customers showing fashion knowledge.
• Explain and promote Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain garment care, perform refill, steaming and keep displays neat.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas per best practice.
