Job summary

H&M in New Jersey seeks a Sales Advisor to provide excellent customer service, welcome customers and guide them through an omni-channel experience where available, and actively sell our products. You will use fashion knowledge to inform customers and maintain store presentation.

You will also support garment care, stock replenishment, and a clean, inviting sales floor while collaborating with the store team to deliver a standout customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or customer service.
• Ability to inform customers about fashion trends and products.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
