Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Sales Supervisor to join its Seattle Premium Outlet in Tulalip, Washington. The role supports management with daily operations, drives sales, delivers a superior customer experience, and coaches the team to meet brand standards and KPIs.

You will lead a guest-focused sales floor, build client relationships through styling expertise, and help maintain stock and store organization while upholding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail or related role with a customer service focus.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to generate sales and build client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Knowledge of the Marc Jacobs brand and product offering.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure the store is guest-ready, welcoming and comfortable.
• Develop client relationships through styling expertise and product knowledge.
• Drive repeat business by guiding clients through the journey and follow-up.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe, brand DNA and pillars.
• Open and close the store according to procedure.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to uphold standards.
