Job summary

Groupe Dynamite in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Team Lead to drive store success by delivering a positive shopping experience and building lasting customer relationships. You will help manage day-to-day operations, support inventory control, and ensure brand standards on the sales floor and in eCom order fulfillment.

The right candidate will have at least 1 year as a team lead in retail, a passion for fashion, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social Media skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices and Computer skills are an asset.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer to build lasting relationships.
• Contribute to day-to-day store operations and brand standards.
