Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at WHBM in Forsyth, GA to supervise and coach the store team, uphold brand standards, and create memorable, hospitality‑driven experiences for customers. You will partner with store leaders to drive goals and reinforce a customer‑centered culture on the sales floor.

The role requires retail management experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni‑channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
