Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for store operations in Dawsonville, GA. You will support the Store Manager, lead a team, and focus on creating a customer-centric shopping experience that reflects our hospitality-driven culture.

You will drive financial goals, participate in hiring and coaching, and uphold brand standards while maintaining an engaging store environment and strong community presence.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the financial goals of the store and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Take ownership to ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management and daily replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.
