Job summary

KnitWell Group's Soma Costa Mesa store is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and create memorable, personalized customer experiences. You will partner with store leadership to direct operations and coach staff on product knowledge and hospitality.

The role requires 2 years of retail management experience, excellent communication, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver on sales floor/stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to meet performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and collaborate across teams.
• Foster a positive, customer-centered environment reflecting brand hospitality.
