Soma in Warrington, PA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. This role focuses on creating welcoming, personalized experiences and leading by example on the sales floor.

The position emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and day-to-day operations to meet performance goals while maintaining a positive, customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandize replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
