Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Palm Desert is seeking a capable Supervisor to lead the sales floor, oversee openings and closings, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service and smooth store operations.

You will supervise staffing, payroll, and training for non-management staff, while leveraging product knowledge and brand standards to drive sales and maintain visuals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Drive to achieve results with a strong work ethic and initiative.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to coach others.
• Balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge & brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent Brand and exemplify Company Culture & values.
