Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations and people leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. You will open and close the store, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, and drive excellence in customer service and operations.

Responsibilities include staffing, payroll, staff training, product knowledge, and maintaining visual displays to support sales. You will analyze reports to inform decisions and uphold brand culture.
