Garage Clothing Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales. You will enhance customer experiences, ensure brand standards, and contribute to inventory control and omni-channel fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has management experience in fashion, strong communication, and a passion for fashion, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion with outgoing personality and customer service focus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility and urgency in responding to changing business needs with proactive ideas.
• Ability to promote teamwork, collaboration and sharing best practices.
