Garage Clothing Co. is hiring an Assistant Manager to support store operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales across in-store and digital channels.

You will help optimize inventory, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and uphold brand presentation. The role requires fashion passion, 2 years of management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility, innovation and urgency in changing business environment with actionable ideas.
• Ability to promote participation, creativity and shared best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and provide leadership to optimize sales.
• Promote a positive shopping experience and lead a high-performing team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms.
• Contribute to inventory management, shipment processing, replenishment, and eComm order fulfillment.
• Maintain brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards and directives.
