Job summary

Garage is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales while ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.

You will help with inventory management, shipments, eCommerce fulfillment, and uphold brand standards on the floor and in visual merchandising to drive traffic and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in fashion retail.
• Passion for fashion and exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly with proactive ideas and solutions.
• Promotes collaboration and teamwork across the store.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and lead a high-performing team.
